Your subscription
A VeloGrid workspace starts at $20 per month and includes one workspace, the core dashboard, one user and web access. Modules, extra users and mobile entry points each add to the monthly total. Changes take effect on your next billing period.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure and for the activity of the people you invite. Owners and administrators can add or remove users at any time.
Your data
The business records you create remain yours. We store and process them only to run the service. You can export or request deletion of your workspace data.
Acceptable use
Do not use VeloGrid to store unlawful content, attempt to access another workspace, or disrupt the service for other businesses.
Availability and support
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but the service is provided as is. Optional professional services — setup, migration, integrations and advanced configuration — are agreed separately.
