What we collect
Account details (name, email), company and workspace information you enter, the records your team creates inside activated modules, and basic technical logs needed to run the service securely.
How we use it
To operate your workspace, authenticate users, apply your subscription, provide support, and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell your data.
Workspace isolation
Every business record belongs to a workspace. Access rules are enforced on our servers so one workspace can never read or change another workspace's data.
Your team's access
Owners and administrators control who can join a workspace, what each role can do, and which mobile entry points a worker can use. Removing a user immediately ends their access.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays available while your subscription is active. When a workspace is deleted, its records are removed from our production systems.
